Leadership Roundtables

Celebrating a DECADE of Roundtables in Middle Tennessee...

Leadership affects everything...

Charter Resource Group has been convening  Leadership Roundtables for over a decade and our next offering predicts to be the most strategic. We are creating a unique Roundtable experience allowing you to invest in the ongoing development of an emerging leader in your sphere of influence.

The Leadership Roundtables provide an intentional forum for selected local leaders in the marketplace to connect on a variety of levels.  The  Roundtable provides a strategic context for a knowledge exhange and relational rapport to be established between the participants. Twelve of Middle Tennessee's next generation of leaders will have the opportunity to interact with a brain-trust of individuals already assuming great responsibility in business and in our community. By definition, leaders have followers. Leaders are influencers. We live in a society where truth and excellence are easily recognized and transferable from one industry to another. However, because a leader’s time, attention, and resources are limited, it is usually difficult, if not impossible, for a marketplace leader to have a significant impact beyond their specific industry expertise. The Leadership Roundtable addresses this dilemma and this next forum is a practical way for the learning curve of these emerging leaders to be expedited and their network of influence expanded.

Looking Back...

Fifty plus Middle Tennessee leaders from a variety of industry sectors have participated in Leadership Roundtable groups since their  inception in 1999.

Networking Opportunity...

The context of a personal, confidential relationship is the ideal place for values and opinions to be strengthened and formed.  For example, if a solid friendship is formed between a manufacturing leader and an entertainment industry leader, there will inevitably be an exchange of ideas and knowledge. By connecting with a peer who is positioned in the world of entertainment, the manufacturing leader can have an impact beyond one’s normal sphere of influence while receiving all the reciprocal benefits of a personal and professional relationship.

The  upcoming Leadership Roundtable will commence at The Nashville City Club www.nashvillecity.com for one year once we have selected twelve members who have identified their sponsored associate. (The subsequent meeting schedule will be announced as we have a full group).

The roundtable will be organized, convened and facilitated by Charter Resource Group.
