We help our clients gain a realistic perspective on their past and present circumstances through a discovery process utilizing comprehensive questionnaires, and a series of interviews. We conduct exercises which produce a picture of what the client wants to see happen immediately and on into the future. Most significantly, we ask and attempt to uncover an answer to the question, “What do you really want?” Effective Leaders must have a compelling vision which they can clearly articulate. Executive Search Charter will identify and/or qualify candidates for the designated position, assist in the interview of qualified candidates, and make recommendations regarding the compensation, job description, and assimilation of the newly hired employee. Career Transition And Outplacement Organizational analysis and restructuring sometimes identifies personnel who would be better served to work in a different setting. When this occurs, an appropriate process is important to a successful and harmonious parting of the ways. Charter will provide outplacement consultation, gifts/skill assessment, search firm evaluation, personal profile preparation, networking introductions, encouragement and support. Continuation and Succession Planning Over the years, we have had ample opportunity to help clients establish a transition process that positions them to be on the front end of future leadership change with their company. Our involvement provides clarity of purpose, assessment of the internal succession candidates, search and placement of external talent, leadership development for the principals involved, assistance with distribution of equity, and the establishment of appropriate access and boundaries for those involved in the transition.
